In a bid to enhance resident management services, Empire City has developed the EC HOME mobile application, designed exclusively for its residents. This application encompasses several significant features:

• Profile Management: Enables residents to easily add family members or tenants.
• Announcements: Facilitates communication from the property management team regarding important updates such as lift maintenance schedules and pest control notices.
• Registration: Allows for paperless registrations related to parking, visitor access, deliveries, and more.
• Library: Serves as a repository for essential documents, including the resident handbook and fit-out guidelines.
• Emergency Contacts: Lists crucial contact numbers such as local police, ambulance services, and the management office hotline.
• Promotions: Showcases exclusive offers for residents from various retail shops located on the ground floors of the development.

The EC HOME app is available in both English and Vietnamese, ensuring accessibility for a diverse user group. Future enhancements may be introduced based on resident feedback.

The anticipated user base consists of approximately 12,000 individuals drawn from the 3,000 condominiums within Empire City.
